One half of the founding forces and pianist of anon., Nicole’s passion for creating unique brand experiences and love for chamber music drove her to manifest a place that she could do both. A classically-trained pianist who studied under Ronald Farren-Price and Anna Goldsworthy while completing her Bachelor of Music (Honours), Nicole also built her skills in marketing through a Master of Management and channels her curiosity and design obsession into an uncanny knack for new perspectives. Her entreprenurial spirit sees her driving anon.'s ambitious programming, brand and marketing, and strategic partnerships. Nicole daylights as consultant at Deloitte where she works with large complex organisations on digital strategy and design. When Nicole isn’t planning anon.’s next event, she can be reliably trusted to direct you towards the nearest alley way café.

Thomas is the answer to one of our top 3 questions: Where do your ideas come from? As co-founder and violinist Thomas cut his teeth on the violin at age 4 with classics such as the Mendelssohn and Paganini Violin Concerto. Since completing his Bachelor of Music (Honours) in Violin Performance under the guidance of Mark Mogilevsky, Thomas has continued to further his love for design through a Master in Architecture at University of Melbourne. His keen sense for engaging through conceptual thinking, and adeptability across different creative mediums has carved a unique creative direction, creating new, boundary-blurring classical music experiences. With Tom at the helm, bringing anon.’s ideas to life can be a whirlwind experience - anything from film and animation, to interactive design, technology and patiently waiting for the 3D printer to finish the latest prototype.

Producer | Conductor | Musician - A seasoned musician, conductor and producer who loves getting creative chaos organised, Andrew plays a key role in planning, managing and producing our concerts, events, and special projects. With humble beginning as a Flautist, he has since delved into his passion to break down conventional performance boundaries through new music collaborations and arts management, at the University of Melbourne, 3MBS Fine Music Melbourne and Musica Viva. As a performer himself, Andrew knows what it takes to keep an entire production on time and in tune: with creative planning and lots of coffee. When he isn’t busy bringing order to creative moon-shot endeavours, Andrew can be found knocking back a much needed good gin. Andrew plans to live the expat life, start his own orchestra, creative produce a festival. Not necessarily in that order.

Designer | Gamer | Foodie - Vincent is fascinated with the idea of architecture as a form of free artistic expression that connects the human experience. After a stint in acting, Vincent decided to move back stage and fell in love with the magic of stage construction, working on set design and construction while dabbling in lighting design and stage management. His expertise in architecture also finds him constantly testing designs that engage the public in a sensory experience and spark dialogues about their environment. Once he’s off duty, Vincent will be meticulously making his way down the Melbourne Good Food Guide.

Designer | Architect | Artist - John Gatip is a big believer in creative play and blurring the boundaries of art and architecture. His sensibilities are influenced by the boundless possibilities in science fiction and the loving care to detail in works like Italo Calvino’s ‘Invisible Cities’. At any point during his creative process, you may find him sketching, writing some fiction or tinkering at the 3D printer to bring the stories in his work to life. His obsession with detail doesn’t stop there, just ask for a bite of his beef roast. John plans on curating the Venice Architecture Biennale one day (soon).

Russell has put his sonic signature on everything from the Melbourne Theatre Company, White Night to the stages at Broadway - and has been nominated for a Tony Award. A leading innovator in the field of creative sound design and in the integration and application of new technologies in theatrical production, Russell can be found right in the middle of challenging and exciting ‘cross-platform’ works that use his expertise in sound design and production to transform the visual experience. As one of his next cross-platform forays, Russell will be working closely with anon. to explore new techniques like live mixing to create original soundscapes between acoustic and digital music.
