A classically-trained pianist who studied under Ronald Farren-Price and Anna Goldsworthy while completing her Bachelor of Music (Honours), Nicole also built her skills in marketing through a Master of Management and channels her curiosity and design obsession into an uncanny knack for new perspectives. Her entreprenurial spirit sees her driving anon.'s ambitious programming, brand and marketing, and strategic partnerships. Nicole daylights as consultant at Deloitte where she works with large complex organisations on digital strategy and design. When Nicole isn’t planning anon.’s next event, she can be reliably trusted to direct you towards the nearest alley way café.

Thomas is the answer to one of our top 3 questions: Where do your ideas come from? As co-founder and violinist Thomas cut his teeth on the violin at age 4 with classics such as the Mendelssohn and Paganini Violin Concerto. Since completing his Bachelor of Music (Honours) in Violin Performance under the guidance of Mark Mogilevsky, Thomas has continued to further his love for design through a Master in Architecture at University of Melbourne. His keen sense for engaging through conceptual thinking, and adeptability across different creative mediums has carved a unique creative direction, creating new, boundary-blurring classical music experiences. With Tom at the helm, bringing anon.’s ideas to life can be a whirlwind experience - anything from film and animation, to interactive design, technology and patiently waiting for the 3D printer to finish the latest prototype.

Producer | Conductor | Musician - A seasoned musician, conductor and producer who loves getting creative chaos organised, Andrew plays a key role in planning, managing and producing our concerts, events, and special projects. With humble beginning as a Flautist, he has since delved into his passion to break down conventional performance boundaries through new music collaborations and arts management, at the University of Melbourne, 3MBS Fine Music Melbourne and Musica Viva. As a performer himself, Andrew knows what it takes to keep an entire production on time and in tune: with creative planning and lots of coffee. When he isn’t busy bringing order to creative moon-shot endeavours, Andrew can be found knocking back a much needed good gin. Andrew plans to live the expat life, start his own orchestra, creative produce a festival. Not necessarily in that order.

A self-possessed creative tech nerd, Brad Hammond left the games industry to explore the creation of interactive experiences. Since then, Brad has experimented with everything from real world interactive sculptures and electronic microcontrollers to projection mapping and virtual reality experiences. His work has delighted others at festivals and exhibits both at home and internationally. When he is not busy visiting the future, Brad lives in the present furiously scribbling and sharing his knowledge through boundary pushing creative technology workshops and online tutorials. Brad has ticked a few things off his bucket list including exhibiting works at Dark Mofo and a Melbourne Knowledge Fellowship.

Known as the ‘surly bastard over there’ in his closest circles, Stephen gets out of grouch mode when talking about his passion for the ways technology shape culture and art. With a background in business software development, he now channels his technical know-how by developing original creative applications and tools to help artists bring their vision to life. In his spare time, Stephen can be found using his creative talents to conduct synthesiser experiments and architect sound design.
